It's looking a lot like Christmas. We got a fair amount of snow yesterday and there is a winter storm/blizzard warning for tonight through tomorrow. Some estimates say our area will get around 7 inches, others say 12 to 17. Not sure what to believe but either way, we are going to have a lot of snow on the ground for Christmas.
We'll probably spend as much time all snuggled on the couch, in front of our messy but cute Christmas Tree, as possible.
I doubt there will be school tomorrow, Todd and my sister are going to try to get to work, and home again. God, I hope they make it both ways save. The road they travel is dangerous during good weather conditions. But the alternative is more dangerous. Unless they go way out of their way and take the interstate but that's not always a safe bet either. Especially when on the overpasses. Ugh!
But I'll probably have my baby and my nephew here to keep me busy and not let me think too much.
We're excited and ready for Christmas. I try to make it a big deal and get all crazy but we've been having some long nights and lots of scratching again lately, so it's been hard to find the energy. Presents for family are piling up and we're going to try our hand at making some sweets tonight or tomorrow.
As for anything else, I'm not doing much more thinking until after the holiday is over.
